CCIS Frequent Traveler Program

Supporting Educational Experiences

Our Frequent Traveler Program (formerly Rewards Program) is designed to support group leaders and encourage them to attend professional conferences by helping defray the cost of attendance. Groups earn points based on the amount spent with CCIS and then group leaders redeem those points to attend the professional conference of their choice! Larger or more frequent trips will get your group to the conference level quicker. All groups are automatically enrolled – start earning points with your first trip! CCIS covers conference registration, transportation, and lodging.

How does it work?

  1. A group earns one point for every dollar spent with CCIS, excluding:
    • Transportation Cost
    • Trip Protection Cost
  2. A total of 500,000 points are required per group to receive a reward trip.
  3. CCIS will reimburse:
    • the cost of roundtrip transportation (up to $500)
    • 3-nights of standard hotel accommodations (up to $225 / night inclusive of taxes & fees)
    • convention registration.
  4. Receipts are required for reimbursement.
  5. Group is responsible for making reservations and providing receipts for reimbursement for actual costs up to the limits above.
  6. Group is responsible for local ground transportation and meals.
  7. Should a group leader decide to drive due to a closer conference location, CCIS will provide reimbursement for a rental car after CCIS reviews rates from various rental car companies to determine acceptable fees. CCIS will then provide the group with the amount they will reimburse.
  8. Group must be traveling with CCIS during the current school year to attend an event that year.
  9. CCIS must be made aware of your intention to attend a conference no later than December 15th of the current school year.

Absolutely not. When nearing the 500,000-point threshold, please submit conference request to your CCIS contact for review / approval.

Points belong to the group.

CCIS will provide the number of trips corresponding to the group’s point total.

Points do not transfer to the group leader’s new school, they remain with the group at the previous school; however, the group at the “new school” will receive 50,000 bonus points with completion of the first CCIS arranged trip. Bonus points do not apply if the group at the new school is already a CCIS client.

Points continue to accumulate if the group continues to travel with CCIS.

Points can be used the next year your group travels with CCIS.

Points will expire if a group has not traveled with CCIS for 4 consecutive years.

Points are not transferable and have no cash value.

Our founders, as former educators, established this opportunity to support ongoing professional development for dedicated group leaders. Attending conferences offers significant educational benefits, although, regrettably, many schools are unable to allocate sufficient funding for group leaders to participate. We hope this program will enable more group leaders to attend, but please be sure to consult with your administration regarding approval and funding.

Program requirements and awards can change at any time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of CCIS, Inc.
