Please let us know as soon as soon as you see the maximum number of participants being surpassed. Start a “waiting list” and we will reach out to the necessary vendors to confirm availability in order to ensure everyone that wants to go on the trip can be accommodated.

No, for once contracted, our packages are priced, marketed and sold as packages; therefore, individual inclusions cannot be deleted.

CCIS will bank all of your referrals from one season to the next and once 250 trip participants travel with CCIS as a result of the referral(s), you and a guest will be invited on the next Research Team trip. At most properties, check-in time is 4:00 PM. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee that your rooms will be available prior to that time. In some cases, due to late check-outs from the previous night, your entire room block may not be available until sometime after 4:00 PM.
You will be held responsible by the hotel for all damages which occur in rooms assigned to your group. With this in mind, prior to allowing the students to enter the rooms, you may want to have chaperones inspect each room for pre-existing damage and alert the hotel immediately.

Yes! We include gratuities at a rate of $75 per bus per day, paid directly to the charter company prior to your trips departure.
If you would prefer to provide additional gratuity for exemplary service, you are welcome to do so and this can be paid directly to the driver at the conclusion of your trip.
