Do I get my choice of charter company?Yes, CCIS will actually provide multiple quotes for you to make your selection from.

Does CCIS include bus driver gratuities?Yes, we include gratuities at a rate of $50 per bus per day and these are paid directly to the charter company prior to your trips departure. If you would prefer to provide additional gratuity for exemplary service, you are welcome to do so, and this can be paid directly to the driver at the conclusion of your trip.

Hotel

Can we have an Early Hotel Check-In?At most properties, check-in time is 4:00 PM. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee that your rooms will be available prior to that time. In some cases, due to late check-outs from the previous night, your entire room block may not be available until sometime after 4:00 PM.

What if there is Hotel Damage?You will be held responsible by the hotel for all damages which occur in rooms assigned to your group. With this in mind, prior to allowing the students to enter the rooms, you may want to have chaperones inspect each room for pre-existing damage and alert the hotel immediately.

What is considered the premier parade at Walt Disney World?The Magic Kingdom’s Afternoon Pre-Parade, ahead of the Festival of Fantasy Parade. The evening parade is not really a parade, but rather a march through the park and it does not precede an actual Disney parade.

Can we buy a package inclusion from CCIS? We are not purchasing the entire package?No, we do not sell individual portions of the package to individuals.

What if we see response for the trip is higher than the maximum number of participants listed in our Trip Orchestration and / or IOG?Please let us know as soon as soon as you see the maximum number of participants being surpassed. Start a “waiting list” and we will reach out to the necessary vendors to confirm availability in order to ensure everyone that wants to go on the trip can be accommodated.

What if our numbers are higher than expected when we submit our forms?No reason to be alarmed, for we expect no problems, but cannot guarantee until we have confirmed availability for the additional trip participants with all of our vendors.

When do I Guarantee Final Numbers?Final numbers must be guaranteed 60 days prior to departure via your Final Participant Guarantee Form and Room List.

Can we Delete a Package Inclusion?No, for once contracted, our packages are priced, marketed and sold as packages; therefore, individual inclusions cannot be deleted.

Do we need to purchase Insurance for each student?Trip protection is highly recommended and available for purchase on an individual basis. Your Account Executive will provide information regarding available protection plans.

How are Complimentary Packages distributed?Complimentary packages are typically awarded at a rate of one (1) complimentary package for every twenty-five (25) trip participants. Credit for “comps” is at the double occupancy rate and rather than assigning the complimentary package(s) to particular individuals, we will issue a credit on your final invoice for the appropriate dollar amount.
